Disctubular membrane technology referred to as DT membrane or RCDT membrane (Radial Channel Disc Tube membrane module) or PT membrane (Plate Tube membrane module) which is the most advanced products in DT membrane module technology.
RisingSun Membrane’s Plate Tube membrane module is constructed from a series of octagonal membrane cushion separated by a series of plastic spacer Plates. The Plate support the membrane cushions but leaves an open channel flow path through module. The flow path is radial and gets reversed in 180掳to flow over other side of cushion. This flow path repeats for each membrane in stack. The resultant turbulence due to reversal eliminates the concentration polarization minimizing scaling & fouling.
RisingSun Membrane’s Plat Tube membranemodules have a lot of advantages in landfill leachate and high concentration of industrial wastewater. A flat sheet membrane as a membrane cushion stackswith completely open feed channels in combination with straight through feed flow.

DT Module Advantages:
